What spend qualifies for miles?

When will my miles be credited?

Miles are awarded within 45 days of check-out.

Can I claim miles after my stay?

No. Only direct enquiries and confirmed bookings with Darling House are eligible.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

To be eligible to redeem KrisFlyer miles, there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.

How do I qualify for the 15,000 bonus miles?

The bonus applies to stays of 7 consecutive nights or longer at Darling House.

Is the bonus awarded per night or per stay?

The bonus is awarded once per eligible stay, not per night.
